By purchasing, accessing, enrolling in, streaming, downloading, or otherwise using this website and any paid course, training, content, materials, videos, documents, templates, systems, methodologies, strategies, or intellectual property made available by Mobility Rules (collectively, the “Course Content”), you (“User”) agree to the following legally binding terms:
- Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
All Course Content is the exclusive intellectual property of Mobility Rules, and is protected under United States copyright law, trademark law, trade secret law, and applicable international treaties.
No ownership rights are transferred. Mobility Rules grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for personal, non-commercial use.
- Strict Prohibition on Copying, Replication, or Derivative Works
User expressly agrees not to, directly or indirectly:
- Copy, record, screenshot, scrape, download, reproduce, transcribe, or store any Course Content
- Create, publish, sell, license, or distribute any competing or substantially similar website, course, program, training, or educational materials
- Reverse-engineer, repackage, restructure, or reorganize Course Content into another format
- Teach, coach, consult, or train others using the Course Content
- Share login credentials or grant access to any third party
- Use Course Content as a template, framework, outline, reference, or inspiration for any competing product or service
These restrictions apply regardless of medium, format, or technology, whether now known or later developed.
- Non-Competition and Non-Circumvention
User agrees that during the period of access to the Course Content and for [24–60] months thereafter, User shall not directly or indirectly develop, market, sell, assist in, or contribute to any product, service, course, or website that is substantially similar to, derived from, or competitive with the Course Content offered by Mobility Rules.
User further agrees not to circumvent Mobility Rules by:

- Teaching substantially similar material under a different title or structure
- Using Course Content to solicit customers, students, or clients
- Confidentiality and Trade Secrets
User acknowledges that the Course Content contains confidential and proprietary information, including trade secrets, proprietary systems, processes, methodologies, and business strategies that are not publicly available.
User agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use.
- Monitoring, Enforcement, and Anti-Piracy Measures
Mobility Rules reserves the right to:
- Monitor access logs, IP addresses, session activity, and usage behavior
- Employ digital watermarking, fingerprinting, or tracking technologies
- Immediately suspend or terminate access without refund upon any breach
- Issue DMCA takedown notices and platform enforcement requests
- Pursue civil, contractual, and equitable remedies
- Presumption of Use
If User develops, participates in, or assists with any competing course, product, service, or website, such activity shall be presumed to have been derived from the Course Content unless User can prove independent creation by clear and convincing evidence.
- Remedies, Damages, and Attorneys’ Fees
User acknowledges that any unauthorized use or disclosure would cause irreparable harm to Mobility Rules.
Mobility Rules shall be entitled to:
- Temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief
- Actual damages, statutory damages, and disgorgement of profits
- Liquidated damages of $[X] per violation, where enforceable
- Recovery of all attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses
- No Refund Upon Breach
Any violation of this Agreement shall result in immediate termination of access to the Course Content and forfeiture of any fees paid.
- Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that state.
- Acceptance and Binding Effect
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Course Content provided by Mobility Rules, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
